Terms for shop orders

These terms apply to every order placed in the Red Barn HPC shop.

All orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable

Hardware ordered in this shop cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded once the order is placed. Warranty and technical support for hardware are handled separately by our support team.

EDU GPU orders

EDU pricing is offered to customers who are sent here by PNY. Each EDU order needs one-to-one approval of EDU pricing from NVIDIA and PNY, and requires a .edu email address and a university affiliation. Placing an order is a request for that approval. When you order, we issue a non-cancelable, non-returnable (NCNR) purchase order to PNY for your GPUs, so an EDU order cannot be canceled or refunded while approval is pending either.

NVIDIA approval typically takes 3 to 30 days. Your order ships 2 to 3 business days after approval. Approval timelines are set by NVIDIA and PNY and are not controlled by Red Barn. A longer wait for approval does not change the non-cancelable, non-refundable terms of your order. If NVIDIA or PNY does not approve EDU pricing for your order, we will contact you directly.
